This policy explains how G&G Designs handles information collected through ggdesignsinfo.com, project inquiries, and related communications, including our SMS program.
1. Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code, selected service, and any street address or project details you choose to include. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through a project form.
We record submission time, the page used, and the text message choices made on the form. For current forms, the record includes the disclosure version and wording associated with each SMS choice. We also collect basic website activity, such as pages viewed, referral information, approximate country, device category, and interactions with quote forms or phone links. A temporary browser session identifier groups activity. For abuse prevention, the site uses a daily hash derived from an IP address.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry details to respond to requests, prepare quotes, coordinate appointments and projects, provide customer support, and maintain business records. Website activity helps us understand site performance and prevent misuse. Submitting a project request allows us to respond about that request by phone or email; it does not automatically enroll you in text messages.
3. Text messages and your choices
Our forms provide separate, optional choices for service-related texts and marketing texts. Service texts concern your quote, appointments, project updates, or support. Marketing texts concern promotions, offers, and service announcements. We use the choices you affirmatively select to determine which categories of text messages you authorize. Neither choice is required to request a quote or make a purchase.
You can withdraw SMS permission by replying STOP to a message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. Message frequency varies, and your mobile plan may charge for messages or data. See the SMS program terms for additional details.
4. Sharing and mobile information
We do not sell or rent your mobile number or SMS consent information. We do not disclose mobile information to other businesses or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
Providers that help us operate the website, store and manage inquiries, automate lead delivery, or deliver communications may process necessary information on our behalf. Website submissions are sent to our configured lead-management integrations through Zapier. SMS opt-in records and consent are excluded from sharing for unrelated purposes; they may be provided only to vendors assisting with the delivery and operation of our messaging program. These restrictions also apply to any broader sharing described in this policy.
Other information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse. We do not authorize service providers to use your mobile information or SMS consent for their own advertising.
5. Cookies, storage, and analytics
The site uses browser session storage for basic visit measurement and local storage to remember analytics preferences. Optional Google Analytics runs only when configured and after you accept analytics through the site’s preference notice. You may clear stored preferences or manage cookies through your browser. Basic site activity measurement is separate from optional Google Analytics.
6. Retention and security
We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, document communication permissions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Access to the website’s lead dashboard is restricted to authorized users.
7. Requests and other choices
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We may verify your identity before acting and retain records where needed for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from contacting us by phone or email. This site and its messaging program are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Updates and contact
We may revise this policy and will identify the effective date on this page. A policy change does not turn an unselected SMS choice into permission to send texts.
