These terms apply to the G&G Designs website at ggdesignsinfo.com and the G&G Designs SMS Program. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you provide.
1. Website use and project inquiries
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact and project information. Do not submit another person’s phone number without authority, send malicious material, or interfere with the site. Information on the site is general project guidance. Sending an inquiry does not create a service contract, confirm an appointment, or guarantee pricing or availability. Scope, scheduling, payment, and any warranties for a project are governed by the written agreement for that project.
2. G&G Designs SMS Program
Our messaging program lets people who choose to opt in receive texts from G&G Designs. The service category includes quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, project updates, and customer support. The marketing category includes special offers, promotions, and service announcements. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
3. How you opt in
Select the applicable optional checkbox on a G&G Designs website form and submit it. Service and marketing permissions are separate. Selecting one does not grant the other. Both boxes start unselected, and you may submit a quote request with both left unselected. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS permission. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided. Let us know if that number changes or is reassigned. Permission applies to the categories you selected, not to unrelated third-party marketing.
4. Frequency and charges
The number of messages varies with your inquiry, project, support needs, and selected message categories. Your wireless provider may charge message or data fees under your plan. Contact that provider if you have questions about those charges.
5. Stop messages or rejoin
Reply STOP to the number that sent a text to cancel SMS messages. You may receive one message confirming your request; after that, the program will stop texting you unless you choose to enroll again. To rejoin, submit a website form and affirmatively select the SMS category or categories you want. A new project request with no SMS choices selected does not re-enroll you.
6. Get help
Reply HELP to a text for messaging assistance, or contact our team at ggdesignsmanagement@gmail.com or (321) 320-8259. Please use a phone call or email if you need help without enrolling in texts.
7. Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers do not accept responsibility for texts that arrive late or fail to arrive. Message delivery depends on carrier coverage, network conditions, and your device. This program is not an emergency communication service. We may change or end the program, subject to applicable law and your recorded consent choices.
8. Privacy and program rules
We handle mobile numbers and messaging consent as described in our Privacy Policy, including its restrictions on sharing mobile information for another party’s marketing. The SMS program is subject to applicable messaging and consumer-protection requirements. These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We will post updated terms here with their effective date. Revisions do not expand your SMS permission beyond the choices you made; additional categories require a new opt-in.
